STARNO.net provided essential post-production support for a dynamic 30-second television spot for the Hyundai Elantra, featuring popular Quebec actor Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge. This campaign utilized a unique "meta" narrative, showing the star backstage as he prepares to film the commercial, with stage technicians actively working in the background while he discusses the new vehicle.

While the spot intentionally highlights the chaotic energy of a film set for comedic effect, our mandate at STARNO.net was to perform high-end Digital Cleanup and Restoration. This specialized task involved the surgical removal of unwanted real-world elements that distracted from the frame’s composition, such as stray wiring, unsightly cabling, and excessive camera or lighting equipment that interfered with the artistic vision.

Our team also performed extensive floor cleaning and surface smoothing. By digitally refining the environment, we ensured that the vehicle remained the focal point of the shot, providing a polished and premium look that balances the raw "behind-the-scenes" vibe with the high-quality standards expected of a major automotive brand like Hyundai.
