I am a visual effects artist with more than 25 years of experience. Since 1998, I have mainly focused on digital matte painting, set extensions, and concept art for the film industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to contribute to many productions and build strong professional collaborations.
From 2015 to 2021, I operated my own VFX studio, STARNO, with a small team of dedicated artists. Today, I work as a freelancer and team up with other experienced independent artists when projects require additional support.

My experience includes work on over 100 feature films, such as The Amazing Spider-Man, Sin City, Elysium, The Lone Ranger, Pacific Rim, Resident Evil, Terminator Salvation, Babel, Silent Hill, and The Golden Compass, which won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects at the 2008 Academy Awards.
