For the television series Blood and Treasure, the team created a wide variety of environments prior to filming to assist in transforming shooting locations into the visually compelling settings required by the series. Each location was carefully adapted to fit the narrative, providing detailed concept imagery that guided the production designer and their team in constructing the final sets.
Examples of these environment designs include turning a sandy area into the base of a pyramid, complete with soldiers retrieving a sarcophagus; converting a rooftop bar into a Moroccan billiard lounge with a thatched roof; and transforming a shooting location into an international refugee camp. Each illustration was crafted to provide the production team with a clear visual roadmap for set modifications and design.
All concept art was created digitally, combining 3D modeling and Photoshop techniques to ensure realism and cinematic quality. These visuals served as essential references for the production team, enabling the seamless creation of immersive locations across multiple episodes.
