8848 TITANIUM – SCALING THE PEAKS OF LUXURY

WORK DESCRIPTION:

STARNO.net provided high-end visual effects and environment design for an ambitious 30-second commercial for 8848 Titanium, a premium Asian luxury smartphone brand. Named after the height of Mount Everest, the brand's identity is built on the spirit of exploration and peak performance. This high-budget production was filmed almost entirely on Green Screen, requiring a complete digital world to be constructed in post-production.

Our studio was responsible for creating several breathtaking Digital Environments, most notably the majestic slopes of Mount Everest. We depicted a group of explorers pushing toward the summit, a visual metaphor for the brand's creator and his own sporting achievements. This required a meticulous blend of Matte Painting and 3D terrain generation to capture the scale, atmospheric conditions, and harsh beauty of the world's highest peak.

Beyond environment creation, STARNO.net handled the Advanced Compositing to seamlessly integrate the live-action actors into these digital landscapes. We delivered "turn-key" shots to our partners at Rodeo FX, ensuring that every frame met the elite standards of luxury advertising through precise color matching, atmospheric depth, and lighting integration.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY:

The 8848 Titanium campaign celebrates human prowess. By recreating the most extreme environments on Earth, STARNO.net helped ground the product's luxury status in a narrative of perseverance. The use of High-Fidelity Matte Painting allowed the production to achieve a cinematic scale that would have been logistically impossible to film on location.

This project demonstrates our studio's ability to act as a Full-Service VFX Partner, taking raw green screen footage and transforming it into a polished, high-resolution final product. Our collaboration with Rodeo FX ensured that the technical complexity of the environments never overshadowed the elegance of the brand.
